If you were not satisfied with your pool cleaning due to a reason within our control then we will refund your service fee and booking fee. To obtain a refund please please reach out to us. Include the job # and why you were not satisfied so that we can improve our service quality. Someone from our team will follow up with the status of your refund shortly thereafter.
Please Note: If a technician marked your service as successful and you were charged for your service, but didn’t clean your pool, please read our Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service before filing a complaint. If you think this was done in error, please please reach out to us.
